This section of the Keystone Journeys site has been devised so you can access information on each of the areas of the world that we cover.
Country Pages
Each country page (the left hand links) has information on travel styles, starting and finishing your trip, passports and visas, climate, health and vaccinations, spending money and other websites that may be of interest. All of this aimed at making your pre tour arrangements easier.
The specific country pages also have links to further information regarding highlights, festivals and included / optional activities on tour.
Tour Pages
The layout of the tour pages is quite self explanatory. You have an 'Overview' page, a day to day (or week by week) 'Itinerary' page, and a 'Details'
page. We are trying to give you as much information as you might
initially need on the website as we will not be producing brochures.
This is a company decision that forms the first step of our quest to
become a paperless office. You can request an (emailed) full dossier
from us which is basically the info on the site plus a little more.
Booking procedure and Deposit(s)
The site shows availability as follows:
A = Available, so feel free and confident to book
L = Limited. Fill in the Booking Form and you will be notified
of either confirmation of space or that there is not enough space.
F = Full. The tour is closed and no more space is available.
In regards to Antarctica and Galapagos, you will need to request cabin availability before you can be confirmed.
To book, you need only fill in the on line Booking Form. You need to pay an initial deposit (GBP150.00, AUD400.00, NZD400.00, USD300.00, CAN300.00, Euro250.00) to confirm your space and full balance is due 5 weeks pre your departure. You can pay by cheque - in the UK and NZ only - *Credit Card or Bank Transfer. *We do not accept American Express.
Antarctica and Galapagos bookings require a 40% deposit.
We occasionally get offered Specials or Deals which we can pass to you. If available, these are always located on the Home Page and will change every so often so keep an eye out.
