On this Over 40's African Overland tour you leave Victoria Falls via the Caprivi strip and head towards
Etosha Pan National Park in Northern Namibia. We will spend three nights inside the park doing morning and afternoon game
drives. From Etosha we continue southwest
towards the Skeleton Coast stopping along the way at Twyfelfontein where we can
view one of the biggest galleries of rock art in Africa. We drive through the Skeleton Coast Park down towards Swakopmund stopping on the
way at Cape Cross Seal Reserve a breeding ground for thousands of Cape fur
seals. Leaving Swakopmund we head south and back inland to the
Namib-Naukluft Desert Park, a vast 23,400 square km expanse of desert. Windhoek is our last stop in Namibia before crossing the border
into Botswana and heading towards Maun in The Okavango Delta. From Maun we drive to Chobe National Park on The Chobe River.
Here we go on a afternoon boat cruise to get up close to the Elephant and Hippo
as well as a half day game drive. Leaving Chobe we cross into Zambia and it is
only a short drive to Livingstone where the tour ends.
